Obviously I scanned with particular interest the places where you mention TEMIS. It may be of interest that on the project at Springer which at the time of writing this report was in fact still in a beta state, there has been news since then: It is perhaps best described by Springer themselves, in this case Thomas Mager (cf http://www.scai.fraunhofer.de/fileadmin/download/bio/Text_Mining_10/TMS10_Mager_Text-Mining-in-STM-Publishing.pdf): The project is live now on SpringerLink.
